• Two (2) years with The AirPreheat Company (Combustion Engineering) in plate and tank shops.
• Twenty-three (23) years in pressure piping fabrication (Dravo, Connex, Shaw Group)
• In-depth knowledge and experience in preparation,implementation and audit of Quality Control Systems, esp. for ASME I, VIII, B31.1 and B31.3
• Patent (#544,101.000) for welding technique for duplex stainless steel to cut weld time on North Slope from 4 hours to 50 minutes.
• Worked extensively with all popular arc welding processes for a wide variety of metals with many Codes.
• Independent decision to become a consultant beginning July 1997 and then implemented Electrode Extension Technology in various shops (pipe fab, tank, railroad car, etc.)
• Traveled to Far East, Middle East, South America, Alaska, etc. to work on a variety of projects (pipe fab, tank fab, duplex pipe line, stainless tube and pipe mill, etc.)
